Registration, Hotel & Travel
In order to attend the CSG & Pharmacy Kickoff meeting, please register to reserve a conference badge and/or hotel reservation by Monday, December 30, 2019. Review the information provided below prior to beginning the registration process.

Kickoff Location:
The CSG and Pharmacy Kickoff will be held at Green Acre Campus Pointe, located at 10300 Campus Point, San Diego, CA 92121. Hotel rooms are available for out-of-town attendees at the nearby Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine.

Step 1:
Make your air travel arrangements. You are responsible for booking your own flights to San Diego through Mitchell’s corporate travel provider for US and Canada. It is recommended that you book your air travel prior to booking your hotel reservations.

Arrivals
Before making your hotel and travel arrangements, please double check for your pre-approved arrival and departure times. If you are unsure about your approved arrival and departure dates, please consult your manager.
Recommended arrival times are as follows:
The meeting will kick off with lunch on Wednesday, January 22, 2020. All out-of-town attendees should plan to arrive in San Diego no later than 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 22 in order to get to the meeting on time. If flights do not accommodate an AM arrival, you may request hotel accommodations for the evening of Tuesday, January 21, 2020. San Diego-based employees should plan to drive to the meeting on Wednesday, January 22 for the 12:00 pm start time. Please refer to the agenda tab for session timing.
Ground Transportation & Parking
Green Acre Campus Pointe is located approximately 16 miles (25 minutes) from the San Diego International Airport (SAN). If you need a taxi, follow the signs leading to the Transportation Plazas. A Transportation Coordinator will place you with the first available taxi—unless you specify a particular taxicab company. Additionally, ridesharing options including Lyft and Uber are available for airport pick-ups and drop-offs as well.
Complimentary self-parking at Green Acre is available. Daytime attendees who plan to drive to the meeting should allow themselves additional time to ensure an on-time arrival for all sessions.
