Glenn Shapiro is chief claims officer for the Allstate Insurance Company and a member of the Allstate Personal Lines senior leadership team. He is responsible for the largest employee group at Allstate, overseeing 16,000+ employees countrywide who handle more than 7 million claims annually.

Mike Walsh is a futurist and global strategist who helps business leaders and Fortune 500 companies thrive in this era of disruptive technological change. In his keynote, Mike addressed the most important elements to consider when designing a company & culture for the 21st century. He shared examples of innovators who have already taken some interesting steps toward what the future of business might look like and explored ways that today’s leaders and managers can start designing a work place to enhance interactions and solve the big business problems of the future.

This year’s (m)Community Reception beneficiary was The Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona, local to the Tucson community. Their mission is to change lives in the communities they serve by feeding the hungry today, and building a healthy, hunger-free tomorrow. Thanks to your participation the Food Bank received 3,500 cans of food, $5,000 donation of funds and over $500 in on the spot donations from our attendees.
